Ex-Servicemen and Women Needed for Pro-Forces TV series
Posted On 2nd July 2012
North One Television are an independent production company creating original programming across all broadcasters (www.northonetv.com).
For a new, hugely positive, pro-forces TV series, we are looking for ex-servicemen and women to help us design and build community-based projects. We are looking for a team of ex-military veterans capable of taking on tough, varied, time-intensive construction challenges.
Specifically, we are looking for someone who achieved a minimum rank of junior NCO with a strong general construction background – ideally including skills such as plastering, carpentry, basic electrics/plumbing etc. They should be confident, outgoing and not afraid to get stuck in.
Also, if you have recently left the services and have come out with more specific skills such as heating/plumbing, electrics, bricklaying/concrete, carpentry/joinery, structural finishing etc, then we want to hear from you too.
If you fit the bill, are up for a challenge, and think you can use your military experience to make a difference to towns and communities in the UK, then please send us your name, age and regiment/squadron/arm/branch, along with any additional information that you think may be of interest, to exservicemenproject@northonetv.com. Quote ‘Root PR’ in your email.
We guarantee the strictest of confidence at this stage.

Whilst I am self employed and working I would love to know if there is any way I could be of use?!!
Many thanks

Hi Martin,
If you drop North One an email as above, I am sure that you may be of some use.
Good luck and let me know how you get on.
