The Tinderbox ignites Reigate with their #StreetFood

Richard and Katie Matthews of The Tinderbox starting out on their Street Food journey in Reigate with their teardrop caravan ‘Cowslip’.
On a cold Friday Richard and Katie set up in Tunnel Road, Reigate as part of the monthly farmers market.
I chatted to Richard to ask him why he and Katie had embarked on this venture and for a bit of background on their fabulous teardrop caravan which heralds a brick oven allowing them to slow cook foods, from slow roast lamb, to pork, sausages and even cinnamon buns.
